I'm sorry you weren't happy with your race. You can't PR every time, but you can do your best given where you are in training at any given point in time. <br /><br />You know, I think I finished the 2010 Cincy Half just a few minutes slower than your time this year, and I remember a big group of run-walkers who would run and front of me and start walking six across. I HATE that. I respect the run-walkers, and I even did the run-walk thing for my marathons. Run-walking is fine, but walking (and running!) with a group of people and blocking everyone from passing... UGH.<br /><br />Good job on recognizing that you're so over racing for now.
